Day 1: Arrival in Venice and Welcome

• Morning: Arrival in Venice and check-in at the accommodation. Begin the day with a brief orientation introducing students to the linguistic and cultural adventure that lies ahead.

• Afternoon: Guided walking tour of Venice's historic center, including St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Dive into the first Italian lesson, offering students basic language skills to navigate their surroundings.

• Evening: Dinner and possibility to arrange an intercultiral exchange with italian students. 

 

Day 2: Language Class and Venetian Artistry

• Morning: Italian language class focusing on everyday phrases and expressions. Gain practical language skills that can be immediately applied during the day.

• Afternoon: Explore the iconic Doge's Palace and marvel at the masterpieces in the Accademia Gallery. Engage in language practice through guided activities, enhancing comprehension and communication skills.

• Evening: Dinner at a local trattoria, providing an opportunity for students to practice their language skills while savoring authentic Venetian cuisine.

 

Day 3: Gondola Ride and Language Immersion

• Morning: Begin the day with a picturesque gondola ride through the winding canals of Venice. Language class with a focus on situational dialogues and communication in various scenarios.

• Afternoon: Visit the charming islands of Murano and Burano, famous for glassblowing and lace-making. 

• Evening: Free time to explore the city, practice language skills in a real-world setting, and perhaps enjoy an evening gelato by the Grand Canal.

Day 4: Culinary Experience and Farewell

• Morning: Italian cooking class – a hands-on experience to learn the art of preparing traditional Venetian dishes. Language class centered around food-related vocabulary and phrases.

• Afternoon: Explore the local markets to gather ingredients for a farewell lunch. Students actively participate in language tasks to negotiate and make purchases. Return home.
